Although the Distribution of This Lesion (Upper Back) Does Not Raise Concern for a Medical Complication, its Size and Steep Borders Might Justify Systemic Therapy, Given the Risk of Permanent Deformity.
In Ichthyosis Vulgaris, Fine Scales with a “pasted on” Appearance are Observed on the Distal Extremities.
